Chukka Caribbean Adventures, the Caribbean's leading nature adventure tour provider in association with the world renowned Round Hill Hotel & Villas hosts the annual Hanover Charity Polo & High Tea on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Chukka Blue Ranch, Sandy Bay, Hanover commencing at 3:30 p.m.

Through your generosity, Hanover Charities is the largest charitable organization in western Jamaica. The money raised at this event makes an enormous difference to the needy in our parish. You help provide our neighbors with reading and computer skills, offer a soup kitchen for the hungry, supply basics to the disabled and elderly, give health clinics and much more. We also support local students through the Morris-Watkins Scholarship. Last year's event raised more than US $195,000 and we say a big thank you for sharing our love of Hanover Parish.

Many local socialites, Round Hill and Tryall home owners enjoyed the HighTea and bar service in an exclusive VIP tent while watching the matches. It was so much fun and raised over US$ 18,000.00 for Hanover

The Sugar Cane Carnival at Round Hill Hotel & Villas in Montego Bay, Jamaica, was the place to be over President’s Weekend as socialites, diplomats and business leaders from the US, Europe, and Jamaica, gathered for a fun-filled weekend in this sunny clime and chic resort that raised nearly $180,000. for the Hanover Charities, the largest charitable organization in Western Jamaica.
 
For 50 years Hanover Charities has been responsible for a multitude of good works amongst the local community of Hanover. Here the charity takes a moment to discuss the past, present and future.

Over the past 10 years, Hanover Charities has collected and distributed over US$1 million, through the kindness of the participants in the charity and the Sugar Cane Ball or Carnival. Our primary focus has been on education and literacy.
